It is made especially for those whose cup or body size is changing as a result of lymphedema and post surgical swelling, allowing flexibility and versatility, without buying an extra bra.  The extender easily zips in and out of the Hugger Vida. Like all the bras in this collection, it is antibacterial, moisture wicking and durable.
